Job Descriptions: Report to and being the closest partner with Finance Director Assist Finance Director to all Financial, Regulations, Banking relationship, Internal Control, KPIs setting and Operation matters Laisse with external lawyer, valuers, banker and auditor Prepare and review monthly regional and consolidated financial statements, financial/Biz data and schedules for management analysis with insight and submission to Headquarter/investor within deadlines Prepare budget analysis (with budget controlling) and rolling forecast with the business suggestion to management Lead the process of financial / non-financial audit and ensure accounting records and reports comply to regulations Prepare tax schedules and work with external tax consultant to complete the annual tax filing Perform ad hoc tasks, projects and assignments Requirements: Degree holder in Accountancy or relevant disciplines with CPA or related certificate Be fun-loving, energetic, positive, all-round and open-mind Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizable company, preferably in payment, technology or related business nature Open to all Audit Candidate (Senior Associate / Assistant Manager) without commercial experience Proficiency in Excel and MS Word, knowledgeable in Yonyou system will be an advantage Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua Independent, attend to the details, strong analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines Self-starter, flexible and good team player, strong time management skill and able to work under pressure Immediate availability preferred Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
