At shyftplan, we have thousands of daily active users in over 16 countries. Our software does look very intuitive at the first glance but can get really complex if it's adjusted to our clients' specific requirements. As Senior Customer Success Manager, you're responsible for defining and implementing processes that help our clients succeed.
• together with the team, you are responsible to develop scalable and sustainable customer success processes and structures
• every client has different processes - it will never get boring!
• you help with the setup of the software, answer questions and advice in case there are any problems
• you introduce and explain new functions and make sure to get feedback from our clients
You will love this job if you...
... like using software and are a quick learner
... have multiple years of experience in a software support role for SaaS B2B products
... are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
... can get your head around complex problems, break them down and communicate them effectively to our clients.
