** Our amazing Sales Team in Berlin is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them as Enterprise Sales Manager **

Your Playground

The shyftplan Enterprise Team consists, as of today, of 2 enterprise experts and the founder Jan. We are looking for new members for our enterprise unit to work closely with Jan and the rest of the team. You will start as the latest member of a highly motivated group of people, improve existing workflows and bring your own ideas to life. From initial pitch to the Million-Euro-Deal, you and the team are in charge.

As you can imagine, this role requires you to have a diverse range of skills. Don't worry if you do not tick all of the boxes - we can surely work on some of them together. This is mainly aiming to give you an understanding of what your daily work would look like and whether you can identify with this profile!

Ideally, you have proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers with a very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs. As our Enterprise Sales Manager, we would love you to be able to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization, and to be comfortable to pitch in front of large crowds with a lot of different opinions.
A native level German is necessary, business proficiency in English highly desirable.
