As a new team member

Job Responsibilities:

-Arrange account opening for individual and corporate clients.
-Collect customer documents. Assist clients to complete personal information renewals/ updates.
-Liaise with relevant departments to confirm the client’s account opening process.
-To assist account managers with communication with client’s inquiries including but not limited to general trading, products and other daily activities.
-Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above;
-Related experience preferred;
-Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
-Good customer service skills, with strong interpersonal & communication skills;
-Fluent Mandarin-speaking is a must. Intermediate level spoken and written English;
-Proficient in MS office;
-At least 1 year experience
